Come join our diverse and innovative team and help our military achieve their mission!  We have an immediate need to assist our military with Desktop Services & Technical Support! 

The ideal team member shall provide both direct end-user support services and systems-level support services.  The team member shall respond to customer trouble requests and problem calls received by telephone, email, or generated from the automated software-based customer request systems.  The team member shall resolve customer issues using automated remote-control software where possible. 

Required Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in related field
•    Demonstrated experience with end-user troubleshooting and customer service.  
•    Software Application Test and support experience. 
•    Security +
•    A+
•    Active Secret​ Clearance​​​​​
