Job Description: 

This full-time position based in New York City is responsible for the production of Experiential events for a variety of exciting brands. The Production Supervisor will collaborate with several other members of the activation team, internal partner departments, and interface regularly with clients.  
 

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead production efforts on a variety of national events and promotions of differing scale and execution type  

• Source and manage external vendors including, but not limited to, event venues, caterers, rentals & décor companies, AV providers, and set fabricators 

• Liaise with Creative to evaluate feasibility of event concepts and recommend builds for optimal execution on-site and to remain within budget parameters     

• Facilitate all production assets necessary for programs and events while interfacing with partner vendors and warehouses   

• Responsible for creating production budgets, managing expenses, and timely submission of vendor invoices  

• Develop/maintain production run of show for every program and event and coordinate timelines plus logistics with activation team  

• Travel to events to ensure program quality, lead production efforts, and complete post-event inventory  

• Work with 2D & 3D Designers to bring set renderings, graphics and build plans to life 

• Manage refurbishment of production assets when needed 

Position Requirements:  

• At least 3-5 years in a Production Services role  

• Exceptional communication/organizational skills with a keen eye for detail  

• Microsoft Office Suite Proficient  

• Superstar who thrives in a fast-paced environment  

• Ability to multi-task like a pro  

• Have strong budget and expense tracking skills  

• Ability to travel  

• Be a self-starter, problem solver, with strong business acumen
