Job Summary:
The Operations Administrative Associate will be responsible for the coordination of administrative related activities in support of production at the Durham, NC manufacturing site. Duties include but are not limited to work order generation, review and distribution. Also responsible for timely shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods. Will play key role in team’s adherence to KPIs through their upkeep of transactional data.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships across restor3d.
  • Understand the objectives, responsibilities, and mission of the Supply Chain department and work towards those goals.​​​​
  • Prioritize and plan work activities; adapt for changing conditions.
  • Serves as point of contact for operations team during US business hours
  • Ensures timely transfer of goods for shipments and internal transfer
  • Maintains data and ensures integrity for digital and paper-based records
  • Assist production with creation of work orders, including modifications as needed
  • Responsible for executing, training, and encouraging transactional procedures
  • Monitors inventory levels for consumables
  • Supports monthly inventory counts
  • Communicates as needed with support team, both internal and external
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:​​​​​
  • A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, IT, accounting, or related is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft / Excel
  • Comfortable working with systems
  • Ability to work in a regulated industry, including adherence to proper paperwork protocols and good quality practices.
