We're hiring for a Business Development Specialist for Agency a la Carte, a division of Hueman People Solutions, as a full-time job in Jacksonville Beach, FL.

As a Business Development Specialist with Agency a la Carte, your primary duties include identifying and closing new opportunities. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition. You will also maintain relationships with key partners in order to mine for additional business.

Identify & Obtain New Business (65%)

  • Search for targeted companies with staffing services needs, as well as talent to align with those roles
  • Become involved in industry associations to identify potential clients and candidates
  • Secure contracts
  • Schedule and participate in an intake-transition call from Biz-Dev to Recruitment
  • Drive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner
  • Identify and summarize job descriptions and top needs to guarantee good fits for both candidates and clients
  • Review job boards, websites, and databases for potential clients in need of services
  • Work within a CRM and document per guidelines
  • Meet all phone metrics
  • Close deals passed up by the ISR
  • Meet expectations for daily workflow for ATS/CRM records and reports
  • Assist with new hire onboarding requirements and processes
  • Complete weekly reporting for partnership contacts as required
  • Meet sales goals

Grow Existing Partners in Key Accounts (25%)

  • Work closely with an account manager to mine for and identify potential opportunities for growth or expansion within an existing client.
  • Work with VP on determining bill rates for new business within existing clients as needed.
  • Visit clients as needed
  • Be the initial point of contact for any concerns or issues
  • Influence and negotiate with clients to maintain existing opportunities and identify new ones

Administrative Duties (10%)

  • Responsible for calculating commissions and turning into VP for review
  • Responsible for tracking each week's performance in comparison to goals
