  This position is responsible for directly managing the Revenue Management team assigned to build and maintain inventory and pricing controls in all applicable software systems and related environments, analyze inventory allocations and utilization, capacity controls, strategic and tactical pricing structures for all assigned products and overall corporate EBITDA performance. Additionally, this position will perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required per senior management direction. To be successful in this position requires advanced utilization of all official corporate systems (including but not limited to AS400, complete Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Business Objects/Bi/C+) strong quantitative skills and keen attention to details.

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

1. Maximize revenue and drive planned EBITDA using both strategic and tactical revenue management initiatives, including effectively reducing revenue dilution.
2. Utilize best inventory management practices to maintain and increase load factors by an average of 5% across all programs; proactively manage available inventory via direction to Yield team regarding Moves, Saves, and Cancel practices that reduce expenses on target with annual budget.
3. Effectively manage on-time and accurate product build, promotion launch, tactical offers, marketing proofing, and applicable changes / updates complete with thorough and consistent Quality Assurance reviews to mitigate published errors and achieve greatest possible mail savings; reduce the number of overdue team tasks and maintain acceptable level.
4. Distribute all relevant promotional, tactical offer, and any additional information required for success across departments and successful customer conversion; this includes reviewing and incorporating data/knowledge/insight from CSR remarks.
5. Lead, train, and mentor Revenue Management staff in routine and evolving professional development, ensuring the company maintains a highly competitive position and retains top talent.

Qualifications:

Required:

- BS/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or other quantitative discipline

- 7-10 years of prior analytical/quantitative experience in the travel/hospitality industry or related/comparable field/industry.

- 7-10 years of advanced capabilities across entire Microsoft Office Suite, SAP/Business Objects/BI platform, and AS400.

 Preferred:
- Masters Degree - MBA or other master’s degree in quantitative discipline
