Job Summary

  As a member of the Brand Marketing Team, and in collaboration with the overall Web-first Marketing team, the person will be responsible for the creating, implementing, maintaining and reporting on company’s email and print workflows. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving effective creation and utilization of the company’s customer segments and work towards minimizing the cost to acquire by reducing spend to the least effective segments of the file.

List of Responsibilities

  • Familiarize with the segments used and optimize the circulation of print and email campaigns based on the performance of each segment.
  • Rapidly execute, test and optimize the email and print campaigns to improve marketing ROI
  • Remain aware of the performance of the ongoing campaigns to proactively modify the target segments for the upcoming campaigns
  • Collaborate with the brand team in deciding the right audience for a campaign based on its goals.
  • Analyze and come up with ideas to minimize the paper spend by adjusting frequency for underperforming segments in print campaigns.
  • Facilitate smooth transition from Adobe Campaign to Salesforce marketing cloud.
  • Ensure continuation of serve during platform transition.
  • Manage and represent to external partners and vendors when defining requirements that require integration with internal and external data sources during transition.
  • Work cross-functionally with other business units to advance strategic initiatives.
  • Define key measures of success and provide transparency into performance of those initiatives
  • Assist with defining the ROI of all proposed plans and report on the actual ROI post-implementation based on a rigorous system of performance and attribution
  • Present KPI’s in weekly and monthly reporting meetings to senior management, the product marketing team and channel owners
  • Generate and implement test strategies to drive better qualified traffic and redirect spend to better converting campaigns in support of the annual Marketing Plan
  • Remain keenly aware of new consumer behavior, monitor competitive and market trends to drive new features and work closely with the sales team/Customer Service to develop innovative solutions for marketing Vantage’s products.
  • Provide competitive analysis on all current and future product/feature offerings.
  • Work closely with overall database function to drive synergy and share insights on customer file along with developing a multi-channel view of the customer.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with coursework in marketing and/or analytics.
  • 2+ years’ experience with campaign automation tools.
  • Working knowledge on Adobe Campaign and good hands-on experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Experience in Campaign automation best practices and driving better list selection to minimize CTA (Cost to Acquire)
  • Knowledge of and comfort with a variety of analytical tools like Excel, SQL and PowerBI.
  • Creative thinking, exceptional analytical skills coupled with solid business foundation, particularly in campaign automation.
  • An innovative, positive, resilient and self-directed attitude – interested in “figuring out” solutions.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
