Sales Trainer, Publishing, Contract-to-Hire

Our team is recruiting for a Sales Trainer to join a national publishing group headquartered in Jacksonville, FL as a contract-to-hire position. 

Sales Trainer Responsibilities include:

• Training reps in the training room either as a group or individually
• Managing the sales floor, listening to calls, helping reps close sales, and coaching them

Sales Floor Requirements include:

• Six years of sales experience

After the candidate's first 90 days, a commission structure would be given based on the production of the floor in addition to the base salary.
