Producer, Project Manager, Advertising Agency, Contract

Agency a la Carte is recruiting for a Project Manager role for an advertising agency as a contract role in Orlando, FL.

This candidate should be experienced managing fast-paced, photo shoot logistics for advertising agencies.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage an efficient and collaborative workflow
• Manage photoshoot logistics and managing multiple deadlines
• Provide timely information regarding project status. 
• Ensure effective exchange of information and asset deliverable  
• Effectively and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables and resourcing needs 
• Manage multiple vendor relationships, estimates and project budgets 
• Ad hoc tasks to assist the creative and marketing teams as required. 

Qualifications:

• At least two years' experience with project management in advertising agencies
• Expert knowledge of content creation production processes 
• Ability to navigate contending priorities, allocate resources appropriately and mitigate associate challenges  
• Comprehensive project management skills with the ability to manage large volumes of work
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Team focused with strong communications skills 
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using Workamajig is a plus 
• Confident, tactful and persuasive manner, diplomatic and collaborative
• Solution focused, resourceful and able to think on feet
• Experience in healthcare and/or restaurant industries is a plus
