Paid Search Specialist, Ad Agency, Full-Time

Agency a la Carte is recruiting for an experienced Paid Search Specialist for our rapidly growing ad agency in Hollywood, Florida.

Their ideal candidate is a performance-oriented team player with the ability to strategically manage Paid Search campaigns for a variety of education and other service-focused entities. Agency experience is not required but preferred. The agency integrates their digital media planning with client supporting brand strategies to maximize engagement and optimize conversion opportunities.

Paid Search Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve the best results in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website/landing page analytics, PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Assess and evaluate campaigns in order to propose  strategic recommendations
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Provide paid search campaign performance information and recommendations on an ongoing basis to client service personnel
  • Develop a strong understanding around compliance rules and regulations for non/for profit post-secondary education marketing
  • Provide strategic plans for new and ongoing Paid Search campaigns
  • Effectively communicate campaign strategies and results in a variety of milestone reports and as needed

Education and Skill Requirements:

  • Fluent in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing, Word Press, SEM Rush
  • 3 years+ proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications required
  • Ability to effectively manage multi-brand accounts and campaigns
  • Well versed in performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Familiarity with A/B multivariate experiments
  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or a qualitative, test-driven field
  • Strong communications skills and client facing experience
