 We are currently seeking a Sr. .NET developer who is primarily responsible for the creation, integration and maintenance of in house and third party applications. You must be comfortable working with internal and external staff as well as taking the lead to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, analyze, design, implement, maintain and support Companies software applications

- Design, implement and support multi-tiered enterprise applications

- Produce scalable, robust, high-quality code

- Production support and troubleshooting

- Identify opportunities, make recommendations, and implement system performance/optimization and enhancements

- Work independently with minimal supervision and share your expertise with team members

- Work with third party software and implementations

- Communicate technical issues or project details to Team Manager and Technical teams

Required Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in .net architecture and implementation experience in C# , ASP.NET 2.0 to 4.0, JQuery with MVC 1.0+ and NHibernate required.

- 5+ years of experience as a .NET developer

- An understanding of dependency injection and unity framework is required 

- Intermediate proficiency in T-SQL and SQL server up to 2008 is required

- Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience is highly desirable

- Previous work in MS-Access is highly desirable

- Previous exposure to service framework WCF/WebAPI

- HTML, XML Javascript a plus

Required Experience:

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field

- Ability to develop and evaluate alternative technical solutions to best meet the needs of the business.

- An ability to manage from start to finish small to medium size project requests with minimal supervision

- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Strong analytic and problem solving skills

- Ability to handle several assignments simultaneously

- Ability to complete tasks meeting project plan schedules and deadlines
