Thompson Child & Family Focus is one of the most widely respected non-profits in the Carolinas; serving youth, families & adults through multiple mental health programs & various levels of care. We take pride in our positive, empowering culture and are looking for strong therapists to join our team!
We are currently interviewing for new mental health therapists to join our team. Therapists must possess a full or provisional licenses =(LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and have a passion for supporting children, youth and families to achieve their goals through an evidenced-based model.
We currently train clinicians in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for the Reach program and invest in our clinicians if they have interest in becoming rostered in Trauma-Focused CBT (TFCBT) and other evidence-based models.
Therapists who are already credentialed with insurance carriers (Medicaid & private) are strongly preferred.
Flexibility, dedication & professionalism are a must. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test and an extensive background check is required. No calls please. Thompson seeks to maintain an inclusive diverse workforce. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
