Thompson is seeking a skilled leader in the early childhood arena to join and help lead our IMPACT team. IMPACT provides behavioral intervention to children ages 2-4 throughout Mecklenburg County who are at risk of being expelled from their childcare development centers. Our behavioral intervention specialists provide direct support/guidance/intervention to children, teachers and parents with the goal of keeping all children in childcare settings where they can be successful. This involves social skills training, behavioral management and reinforcement plans, coaching teachers on new strategies as well as linking to specialized therapies such as OT, PT, Speech.
IMPACT is seeking a high energy, high passion professional to lead our dynamic team of behavioral intervention specialists in Mecklenburg county. This position would involve both administrative/leadership duties in addition to carrying a small caseload of children.
