Project Manager/Low Voltage Systems Estimator

 

Summary:

 

A well-established electronics and security firm located in the Central Valley, is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager/Low Voltage Systems Estimator to join its dynamic team in Fresno. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to a variety of end markets which includes low voltage, security systems, fire alarm systems, and communications contracting solutions for commercial, industrial and healthcare markets. This position will source for new business and service existing partners by selling low voltage products and solution platforms to various clients.

 

Core duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key partner executives;
  • Preparing and delivering accurate presentations and end user education/training;
  • Writing and submitting professional proposals and estimates;
  • Developing leads and identifying sales strategies;
  • Researching, proposing, and implementing solutions to client issues;
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals;
  • Exercising sound judgment in resolving client issues; and
  • Developing and achieving business expansion objectives.

 

Requirements:

 

The ideal candidate will meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years’ experience in a related capacity and field
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Knowledge of security systems and alarm systems is a must
  • Consistent sales performance and ability to meet sales goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop new business and provide solutions to grow the client base
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to take initiative
  • Excellent track record of establishing strong customer relationships
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups, both internally and externally
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline pressure
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers including Microsoft Suite
  • Valid California driver’s license in good standing with proof of minimum level of insurance
