Job Summary

This is not a remote position.

The Human Resources Manager is a true HR generalist who can balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As the front-line contact for HR, this individual will have knowledge of our PEO platform, US benefit offering, administer on- and off-boarding, facilitate routine employee relations issues, manage employee files, run reports of HR metrics, be a recruiter when needed, and perform other HR assignments. The HR department consists of an HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Coordinator who report to the VP of HR.

List of Responsibilities

- Be the face of HR working hand in hand with our PEO.  Experience working with a PEO a plus.

- Manage the Employee Spirit Committee.

- Manage job description library ensuring all active roles have current job descriptions, goals, and training plans.

- Administer new employee’s on-boarding and terminating employee’s off-boarding processes.

- Conduct new hire orientations.

- Run reports from HRIS to support HR metrics, analyze the data, and manage the department by the numbers.

- Be familiar with benefit plan designs and direct questions pertaining to 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, etc. for US employees to the appropriate source for resolution.

- Enroll and de-enroll employees in benefit programs (employee inquiries, disability applications, billing reconciliations, etc.)

- Manage the annual benefit open enrollment process

- Recruiting – Some recruitment on an as needed basis inclusive of posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preparing offers for signature.

- Be the primary point of contact for US employees and managers regarding employee relations matters.

- Maintain electronic employee files, keeping them up to date and accurate with required and any additional documentation.

Required Skills  and Experience

- 3 or more years of solid HR generalist experience

- PHR certification is a plus

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Exceptional experience in MS Office products

- Technical aptitude – experience working within an HRIS and Applicant Tracking System

- Highly organized and proactive
