Maintenance Logistics Specialist

SSE is a leading technology company serving St. Louis, MO and Jacksonville, FL for over 30 years. We develop aviation courseware training, virtual training environments, and technical publications for some of the most advanced military and commercial aircraft platforms. We are seeking skilled Maintenance Logistics Specialists to join our team in St. Louis, MO.

Maintenance Logistics Specialists serve as a Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help develop technical publications for military aircraft programs.

Develops, collects and stores supportability data elements. Analyzes technical data and reports to determine operations and maintenance tasks and support resources. Participates in establishing initial support systems and evaluates designs for achievement of supportability requirements. Formulates recommendations for support resources and levels. Assesses lifecycle cost impacts, design change and design influence factors that affect supportability of the product or service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as Logistics Specialist (LS) in the military
• Experience using SLICWAVE is a plus
• Experience using GEIA-STD-0007B is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team with diverse cultures
• “This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.”
