Education Requirements: BS required; MS and/or commensurate work experience preferred in Physics, Computer Science, Operations Research, System Engineering, Astrodynamics, Astronomy, Optical engineering, or other applied physics or mathematics-related fields.

Experience: 1-5 years

Programming Languages, proficiency in at least one: Python, MATLAB, C/C++

Agent Based Modeling and Simulation Tool Familiarity (preferred not required)

Candidates will receive training materials and are expected to attain proficiency in:

Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM) and/or

System Effectiveness Analysis Simulation (SEAS)

Experience in other tools a plus: Systems Tool Kit (STK), Free Flyer, GMAT, Orekit, etc.

Citizenship: United States citizenship required. Please state in your cover letter whether you are a US citizen.

Security Clearance: All new hires will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US citizenship is required for clearance. Existing security clearance is a plus, but not required.

Job Description: 

ExoAnalytic Solutions is seeking an exceptionally talented engineer interested in modeling and evaluating the design and concepts for next generation space missions contributing to our national defense (e.g. Space Control, Space Domain Awareness (formerly referred to as Space Situational Awareness), and all global space mission areas such as Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), satellite communications, Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) and Missile Warning). Candidates must be able to understand, model and assess the linkages and contributions of space systems and systems-of-systems to the warfighter.

The Systems Engineer will demonstrate superb technical competency. He/she will be working on modeling, simulation, and analysis across the span of any/all space missions our government customers are pursuing. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience and skills, including developing software and algorithms.
