Job Summary:
The Flight Service Concierge will schedule domestic and international flight reservations for Land, Small Ship and River Products. This role is 60% reservations and 40% sales and is part of the company wide Revenue Generating Team. This role includes upselling current customers, calling and emailing passengers, emailing itineraries and scheduling through Sabre. Utilizing experience with 55+ demographic, patient customer service and complying with travel policies will allow this incumbent to increase revenue and be successful in this role. SABRE or AMADEUS experience is a requirement for this position.
We are hiring for our next training class beginning on March 2, 2020.
Responsibilities:
Objectives
- Schedule flight reservations for Land, Small Ship and River Products through Sabre software
- Conduct 25+ outbound sales calls per day
- Call and message passengers itineraries and schedule changes
- Meet sales conversion rates based on company's weekly metrics (10+%)
- Offer upgrade packages to customers, assign the best available options to passengers, by reviewing daily bookings and vacancies
- Manage Airline Block space according to airline policies
- Ticket all assigned programs according to airline contract requirements and costing guidelines
- Oblige travel requests while meeting conversion and budget guidelines
Qualifications:
- Associate’s required
- Capable of clearly speaking, reading and comprehending English required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- 2 years of B2C sales experience required
- Comprehension of airline tariffs and pricing required
- Travel, hospitality, tourism experience highly preferred
Compensation/Benefits
Base Salary + highly competitive commission plan
4 weeks of paid training
15 vacation days, 10 holidays, 5 sick days and 3 personal days

Four Weekdays: 11:00am-8:00pm EST
One Weekend Day (Saturday or Sunday): 10:00am-6:00pm EST
