Client Support Specialist
Summary:gigRonin, an innovative staffing and technology solutions platform, is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join its dynamic team. This fast-paced position is responsible for providing a high-level of support to clients, which includes coordinating employee schedules, trouble-shooting client service issues, and scheduling regular follow up meetings to ensure client satisfaction. The Client Support Specialist will also provide training and on-going end-user support to maintain client retention and foster on-going process development and improvement for the gigRonin staffing application.
Requirements:Successful candidate will possess the following qualifications OR any combination of knowledge, skills and experience demonstrating the ability to successfully perform the job:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, IT or related field of study;
- Must have high aptitude in business applications, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and software including Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in customer service, account management, and/or scheduling and operations;
- Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects;
- Effective organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have an attitude of servitude, be a team player, self-motivated and have the desire to work successfully in a small company environment.
- Must be available to attend events on evenings and weekends on an as-needed basis.
