Thompson is looking for a bilingual Placement Coordinator to support the operations of a new residential program opening soon which will support a largely Spanish speaking population of youth ages 12-17.
Ideal candidates will be bilingual and have a background in residential services, intake/admissions coordination or case coordination.
The Placement Coordinator will be the first point of contact for new youth to the program and serve as the bridge between our referral sources and the program. They will be integral in establishing a smooth intake process and providing exceptional customer service. A dynamic, organized and skilled communicator is a must for this position.

Required education and skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field (Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology), Master's degree preferred. A minimum of two years’ experience working with young adults and/or at-risk youth.
