Thompson is seeking a strong, dynamic and experience leader to provider supervision and oversight of community mental health programs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for community mental health and an ability to get the most out of their team. This leader will be able to balance clinical excellence with business savvy and accountability for performance. This leader should be able to maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset at all times despite set-backs, crisis and other challenges that are a routine part of community mental health. This leader should be comfortable managing to data and demanding the highest quality clinical outcomes from the programs they oversee.
This leader will have a strong knowledge base of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, case management, community resources, electronic health records and working in a manged care environment.
Candidates will have a Masters degree at a minimum, clinical license is strongly preferred.
