Call Center Representative/ Inside Sales Rep

We are looking to grow our team of dynamic Outbound Call Center/ Inside Sales Representatives.  You will be instrumental in our business as you’ll be responsible for working with our valued partners and helping to generate new business.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact businesses by phone
• Make high volume of outbound calls
• Meet key metrics
• Deliver scripts to educate businesses on our free prescription assistance programs
• Answer questions about the program
• Be knowledgeable of proper rebuttals
• Update account information and record after call notes

Education & Experience

• 1-2 years of business to business relationship building in an outbound phone position with strong customer focus.
• Articulate and persuasive with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
• Proficient computer skills; experience using online sources to identify prospects and gather information.
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) a plus.
• High school diploma, Post-secondary education a plus.
