Mountain Flame Propane, a residential and commercial propane service provider, is seeking a full-time, experienced Customer Service Representative to join its team in Auberry, CA.
Duties include, but are not limited to:- Receptionist front desk coverage, answer telephones, greet customers, daily filing
- Enter customer payments
- Create customer accounts, process DocuSign documents; perform Credit Checks
- Data entry, process delivery reports and service invoices
- Receive cash payments, enter into cash drawer, and balance cash drawer weekly
- Provide assistance on various projects and other duties as assigned
- Excellent customer service to internal and external customers with promptness
- Effectively utilize various office equipment and filing systems
The ideal candidate will possess the following:- A High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Two years’ experience performing administrative duties
- Customer service oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional skill in writing and use of grammar
- Knowledge of computers, MicroSoft Suite, and various software
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
