SSE is seeking a Sales Lead Representative for our Network & Security Services business to develop and drive sales leads through a structured and focused strategy. This position is part of our in-house professional sales team and will be located at our corporate office in St. Louis, MO and report directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Conducts research and collects data about our prospective clients
- Cold calls into companies to identify key decision makers
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
- Deliver SSE message to those decision makers
- Set up meetings/appointments on behalf of SSE sales team
- Manage a “pipeline” process of targeted contacts
- Manage sales activity in CRM database
- Development of creative materials such as scripts, emails, sell sheets, presentations, and other communications
- Attend sales calls on phone and on-site with VP of Sales & Marketing
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Time management and organization skills, the ability to multi-task
- Must be professional, ambitious, enthusiastic, energetic, honest, and team oriented
- Consultative approach when communicating with clients
- Familiar with Windows, Outlook, Excel
- Salesforce experience a plus
