Computer Based Training Specialist

SSE is a technology company serving St. Louis, MO and Jacksonville, FL for over 30 years. We are a leading provider of aviation courseware development, virtual training development, and training for military and commercial aircraft. We are seeking skilled Computer Based Training Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

The CBT Specialist will be responsible for developing/updating and validating computer and web-based training solutions using CBT software development tools. The Computer Based Training Specialist shall possess the following minimum qualifications and skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Instructional Design or related field or work equivalent
• Experience with Adobe Captivate or other CBT software or web-based training required.
• Experience with current HTML standards and JavaScript or other web development program required.
• Experience in developing, reviewing and testing computer-based training products to ensure functionality and delivery of training.
• Experience documenting discrepancies for use in quality analysis and root cause identification for continuous quality improvements.
• Experience incorporating new or updated technical, engineering or customer information.
• Minimum of three years working experience in instructional development
•  “This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.”  US Citizen required
