LPN Qualifications:

• Current, valid license as a LPN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an approved LPN Program
• Certified to pass medications
• Current, valid driver's license

LPN Job Duties:

•  Provides nursing care for individuals with development disabilities in a group home setting – with low ratio
•  You will work as part of the interdisciplinary team for preventive care, assess for illness/injuries, maintain contact with physicians & family members
•  Provide support to direct care employees related to the healthcare of the individuals
