We are currently looking for a Journeyman Electrician to join our team on the East Coast. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a desire for learning and take the initiative to finish all assigned tasks within deadlines. We value passionate, down to earth “can do” people who enjoy fine-tuning small details without losing sight of the big picture. We hire team members who are meticulous and reliable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What you will be doing:

• Operate any hand tools, power tools, and equipment as necessary and ability to identify all tools needs for assignments   
•  Complete multi-task assignments involving all aspects of the trade via verbal/written instructions, field sketches, schematics, one-line diagrams, and blueprint reference
• Perform assignment lay-outs and preparation for installation
• Direct, monitor, and work alongside employees delegated to assist
• Help train other electricians in correct operation of tools, equipment, safe work practices, electrical principles, and applicable NEC
• Perform EEQ procedures up to 480 volts
• Perform metering and testing up to 480 volts
• Utilize NEC codebook as needed
• Complete all assignment related paperwork

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or GED certification
• 3-5 years of electrical experience in a commercial environment  
• Appropriate license or certifications
• Retail/or Convenience Store experience preferred
• Ability to travel 70% of the time throughout the US, as needed 
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
