Your Role with the Company:

You will be the go-to, Lead Estimator for the firm, reporting directly to the General Manager.  You are responsible for performing critical pre-construction/estimating functions as well as helping to build and manage the estimating department. You will perform takeoffs for a variety of commercial and industrial projects with an emphasis on the firm’s most critical projects.  You will gather all required blueprints and documentation necessary to complete and input takeoffs using the firm’s bidding process.  Additionally, you will assist with change orders/plan revisions, produce materials lists, and interact with vendors and suppliers with the support of a Bid Coordinator.  

Background Profile:

• 6+ years’ electrical estimating experience  
• Exposure to tilt-wall construction helpful
• Proficient with any construction estimating software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful
