Thompson is seeking a Therapist to join our growing residential team.

• Paid Time Off specific for Volunteerism in the communityThe therapist position is a foundational component of the program’s overall successful team and is responsible for providing individual and group therapy services for up to 8 youth in care. The therapist will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of direct care staff, rec therapist and others to ensure each youth is receiving high-quality, trauma informed care.
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters Degree in a human services/psychology/social work-related area of study, plus an active full or provisional license to practice therapy in North Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
