Your Role with the Company:

You will be the go-to, Senior Project Manager for the firm, reporting directly to the Owner.  This is a critical addition for the firm as they take continue to grow and take on larger projects.  You will be responsible for overseeing as many as 1-3 commercial projects at a time, with projects valuing anywhere between $1m-$20m.  You will manage projects from start to completion, maintain control of client/owner communications, and assist in the management of other Project Managers. 

Background Profile:

• 8+ years' experience in construction Project Management 
• Exposure to variety of commercial construction projects
• Proficient with any project management software
• Experience managing teams or other project managers helpful
