    Thompson is seeking a Donor Database Coordinator to join our growing team. 

    Salary range: $28,000 - $30,000

    Position Summary:
    The Donor Database Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and integrity of the donor database, ensuring that the organization is effectively documenting and stewarding all donor contributions in a timely and efficient manner.
    Specifically, the Donor Database Coordinator will:
    • Perform data entry and record management, ensuring accuracy and consistency
    • Manage and enforce gift acknowledgement processes, ensuring timely and accurate recognition of all gifts
    • Respond to donor inquiries concerning gift history, receipts, and other documentation
    • Pulls reports and creates custom reports/queries as needed to support the development team
    • Collaborate with staff to analyze fundraising trends/results and provide related analysis
    This is a full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours/week.  The Donor Database Coordinator will work remotely but may require tine in the office, max of one day each week.

    Qualifications:
    • College graduate – Bachelor’s degree
    • 2-3 years’ experience in CRM database management
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated attention to detail
    • Good organization and time-management skills
