What You Will Do in the Role:
- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring bills are entered in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Manage and own the Purchase Order process from end-to-end
- Process all Purchase Order Requests and monitor all change orders in the accounting software
- Purchase Order maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to build and foster productive working relationships with cross-functional teams
What You Will Bring to the Role:
- 2-5 years
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
- Attention to detail
- Vendor Relationship skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with internal and external parties
- Understanding of accounting close process
