We are a rapidly growing technology company, expanding our marketing team and looking for top talent. 

The role is fully remote, with someone ideally located in the Eastern or Central time zone. We are, however, looking for someone full-time with corporate (preferred) or agency experience, not those seeking freelance work or maintaining other clients. 

We are looking for someone with experience in all aspects of B2B graphic design (print, digital, brand, video, marketing communications) and has designed for email, collateral, infographics, eBooks, case studies, print ads, videos, websites, icons and graphics, and more. 

In collaboration with the marketing team, you will have the opportunity to design branded graphics for emails, website landing pages, PowerPoint presentations, social media channels, video/commercial production, sponsorships, events and more. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and agile, with the ability to wear many hats and juggle multiple projects at any given time. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and supports brand standards to ensure a creative, yet consistent, look and feel that adheres to and supports the visual identity and messaging.
  • Creates marketing communications, and designs various marketing materials such as collateral, social graphics, website images, blog imagery, internal flyers, stationery, exhibit material, advertisements, and more.
  • Consults and partners with internal teams and external vendors to develop materials. Ensures tactics are integrated with brand initiatives and support organizational objectives.
  • Supports the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives which support the branding and effectively contribute to sales growth.
  • Manages outsourced freelance designers for key projects requiring additional skill sets or bandwidth/support.
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects at one time and communicate expectations and deadlines.
  • Stays up to date on design and branding trends and offer new ideas for improvements to our marketing platforms and processes.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and use resources effectively to minimize turnaround time without compromising quality.

Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Creative brand direction.
  • Digital, and web skills.
  • Email campaigns; banners, social media, website.
  • Photography for product shoots; post-photo editing & retouching skills desired.
  • Video creation and editing and animation creation.
  • Adobe Suite expertise (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Microsoft PowerPoint, video.
  • Demonstrated experience working with website CMS systems and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) a plus.
  • Experience producing quality marketing communications, including print and digital collateral, sales-related marketing communications, graphics, icons, digital materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task to effectively manage the timelines for multiple marketing projects, promotions, and events simultaneously.  
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent skills in problem solving, organization and creativity and innovation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
  • Minimum 4 years graphic design experience, preferably within a corporate marketing environment. A portfolio should be submitted showcasing your work.
