The Project Administrator will assist Project Manager(s) with all project management duties - oversee and perform support functions concerned with a renewable energy project.  This may include both duties in direct support of a Project Manager (PM) or leading duties (potentially with direction from a PM) that help a project reach its goals   They can succeed project managers.

What You Will Actually be Doing: 

•        Contracting

o   Support of service and procurement contracts for both small and large scale projects – including creating PO’s, preparing Service agreements and Change orders

o   Management of contracts including tracking of deliverables – IE meeting delivery schedule and/or quantities, collecting Certification of Insurance, etc…

•        Budgeting

o   Assisting PM to build out budget cost codes for projects in development; track project budget updates from pre-NTP to COD

o   Assist PM with tracking cost and scope related changes for project budgets and executed contracts

•        Reporting

o   Assisting PM with project level and management level reports requirements – related to schedule, budget, and key issues

o   Create weekly and monthly reporting documents

•        Support Function

o   Meetings – assist with meeting agendas, taking minutes, tracking follow-on deliverables

o   Support of Construction Managers as needed with field related items, supplies and other support to ensure field teams have resources to meet project goals

o   Updating project milestone schedules based on PM and meeting feedback

o   Submittal & transmittal tracking and coordination

o   Maintenance and coordination of PM platform or other databases

o   Performing other administrative duties as needed in support of project development and construction

o   Work within other internal or external teams and disciplines to coordinate project related deliverables and key milestones

What You Will Bring to the Role: 

•        Degree in Business or similar preferred

•        High School Diploma plus demonstrated experience in project support and a record of accomplishment.

•        Project Management qualifications, certifications, training and/or proficiency in construction/project management software programs
