JOB SUMMARY  

 

This position provides administrative, reporting, and financial support to the department related to the processing of payments to sites. 

 

Essential Functions 

 

Calculate and track monthly earnings of Elligo’s Healthcare Partners 

 

  • Review monthly site earnings in Elligo’s CTMS system with operational managers for accuracy and completeness 

  • Ensure monthly earnings recorded in Elligo’s CTMS system match the amounts in the site contracts 

  • Create monthly site earnings reports and communicate details to the sites 

  • Create monthly site bills on behalf of Elligo’s Healthcare Partners, reflecting fees earned from start up and study activities  

  • Track site earnings by study and by site 

 

Process Elligo’s Healthcare Partners site payments 

 

  • Compile data from multiple sources to initiate weekly payments to the sites 

  • Build and manage relationships with Elligo’s Healthcare Partners (study sites) 

  • Communicate weekly remittance reports with detailed breakouts of the payments 

  • Perform study reconciliations of site earnings and payments at the end of the study 

  • Collaborate with project analysts and operations teams to resolve financial issues 

  • Create vendor credits and adjustments 

  • Respond to financial inquiries from sites 

 

 

 

 

Other 

 

  • Provide standard and ad hoc site reports to finance and operations departments, as well as quarterly reports to the sites 

  • Work closely with the IT development team to improve and expand Elligo’s proprietary CTMS system from a site activity perspective 

  • Assist the finance team to ensure a smooth transition of site data to NetSuite 

 

 

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS  

 

  • Bachelor degree in business, finance or accounting  

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a clinical research or Contract Research Organization (CRO) setting preferred 

  • Experience with NetSuite preferred 

  • Experience with reviewing and interpreting Clinical Trial Agreements  

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Salesforce, and databases. 

  • Good customer relationship and communication skills 

  • Flexible and able to prioritize workload to meet changing project needs  

  • Team oriented 

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS 

 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. 

 

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. 

 

Minimal (less than 10%) travel is required for this position.
