JOB SUMMARY
At the direction of the Director, Patient Partnerships the Manager, Patient Partnerships supports management of the Patient Engagement team, coordination with Data Sciences and Research Operations to execute EHR patient identification, direction of traditional marketing efforts, and establishment of relationships with central recruitment campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager, Patient Partnerships is responsible for execution of patient recruitment and engagement plans among our network of research practices.
Key Responsibilities

Works in collaboration with Medical and Research Operations leadership on development and implementation of study specific recruitment plans leveraging multiple recruitment channels as necessary

Ensures the timely completion of study specific questions and scripting for prescreening requirements

Accelerates enrollment through coordination of study/site specific patient lists for identification of highly qualified candidates prior to site activation

Supports the receipt and scheduling of referrals from third parties including, but not limited to, central recruitment campaigns and Elligo sourced recruitment vendors

Coordinates the development, approval and implementation of in-house patient recruitment material

Supports the development, approval and implementation of patient recruitment materials from Elligo sourced vendors/partners

Manages study specific recruitment budgets and initiates review process for additional recruitment expenditures as needed to achieve enrollment goals

Maintains department level KPIs and assists with preparation of weekly executive summarys of department activity, highlighting risks and identifying mitigation strategies

Manages Patient Outreach team members as needed

Other duties as defined by department and company leaders
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Required
-
BS/BA in Life Science or related discipline
-
3+ years of clinical research experience specific to patient recruitment trials

Previous GCP training and certification preferred

Demonstrated proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software (MS Office skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and with clinical trial master filing systems

Strong organization/prioritization skills for the management of multiple concurrent projects and tasks
WORKING CONDITIONS
This job operates in a professional corperate environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
WORKING SCHEDULE
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Regular local and regional travel as required for this position (less than 25%)
