Enterprise Change Delivery
• Design, develop and deliver organizational change management (OCM) strategies/solutions for complex, large scale change initiatives
• Create graphics and PowerPoint master slides and presentations that convey models, concepts, and operational plans with a visual and professional/polished look
• Serve as a facilitator and active, visible Enterprise Change consultant, coach, and collaborator with project leads and initiative sponsors, Senior Executives, management, and business unit stakeholders
• Significant experience in applying organizational methodologies, processes & tools on large scale enterprise-wide transformations, programs, and projects
• Develop and lead actionable and targeted change plans – such as communications, training, sponsor roadmap, coaching, resistance management, rewards/recognition, or other plans and tactics
• Manage and direct OCM components of projects, integrating them across project methods (e.g. waterfall, agile) and phases (e.g. planning, analysis, design, implementation, and sustainment phases)
• Builds tools and processes that project teams can use to manage communications related to their project in a consistent, effective way
• Develop and lead processes to assess organizational alignment and stakeholder needs/impact of strategic programs and initiatives
• Evaluate and measures effectiveness of internal communications, engagement, and training plans
• Guide and coordinate the completion of communication deliverables according to the change plan
• Create and manage measurement systems using targets and key performance indicators to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual and organization-wide changes.
• Identify resistance and performance gaps to develop, recommend and implement corrective actions
• Work closely with project managers, team leaders, business SMEs and support partners to plan, manage, and communicate a change management program and roadmap for the length of each implementation
• Apply knowledge of project management methodologies
• Facilitate meetings/groups of team members in the implementation of strategic activities and initiatives
• Compile, research, and analyze trends in support of projects and initiatives; provide results and recommendations based on analysis Change Capability Building
• Enhance, implement and promote Enterprise Change framework, concepts, and standards for navigating change across the enterprise
• Build and mature elements of the Enterprise Change center of excellence (CoE) delivery model
• Establish and expand partnerships with Learning & Development (L&D) to help architect, design, and deliver learning pathways for competency and skill-building among key change roles
• Design and help deliver creative, hands-on learning approaches (e.g. pilots, train-the-trainer) to extend Enterprise Change content, influence, and reach across the enterprise
• Establish and expand partnerships with Learning & Development (L&D) to help architect, design, deliver and scale learning solutions for key change roles
• Enhance, refresh and maintain key engagement platforms and forums (e.g. online resource center, SharePoint, change community of practice) to drive collaboration, adoption, and co-creation of Enterprise Change concepts and best practices within the diverse community of change practitioners Other
• Proactive self-starter; effective in both team settings and as an individual contributor
• Assist with the implementation of the Strategic plan and multi-year roadmap
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience
• Effective use of PCs and related software package, particularly PowerPoint/graphics as well as Word and Excel
• Experience in implementing major components of large scale organizational change management efforts including organizational impact assessments, stakeholder identification and alignment, communications planning and execution, and training needs assessment
• Experience in managing projects from creation through execution and evaluation
• Effective research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective in exercising initiative, producing desired results, and achieving objectives
• Effective skill in translating information and developing insights Experience in working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors
• Experience working in large IT program implementations and implementing change in a project management environment
• Experience in leading, guiding, and mentoring others
•Effective in presenting findings and conclusions clearly and concisely to stakeholders and management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:
• Master’s Degree
• Prosci, ACMP, or other change management certifications
• PMI or other project management certifications
• Previous experience with technology organizations
• Demonstrated experience doing business cases and cost analysis
• Demonstrated thought leadership experience through applicable associations, authored
