Accountant (Part-Time)

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in our corporate office on a part-time basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         A/R (billing, payment application, collections)

·         A/P (including credit card reconciliations)

·         Fixed asset entry

·         Prepare journal entries related to A/R and A/P

·         Assist with customer job cost/billing reporting on a weekly basis

·         General office duties (filing, etc.)

·         Other duties/special projects as assigned

·         Part-time Monday – Friday, work schedule flexible

·         Reports to Lead Accountant and Director of Accounting

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Attention to detail, fast learner, organized, team-oriented, problem solving

·         Accounting degree and/or accounting experience required

·         Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and meet weekly deadlines

·         Customer service minded

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

·         Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL and Autotask a plus

·         Strong communication skills both written and verbal
