    Thompson is seeking a strong, dynamic and experienced Program Supervisor to help lead our growing Foster Care program.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for Foster Care and an ability to get the most out of their team. This leader will be able to balance program excellence with business savvy and accountability for performance. This leader should be able to maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset at all times despite set-backs, crisis and other challenges that are a routine part of Foster Care. This leader should be comfortable managing to data and demanding the highest quality outcomes from the programs they oversee.

    Minimum qualifications:

    Experience in Foster Care is a must for this position. Bachelors & QP status required, Masters preferred.
