Marketing Specialist
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing.
- Directly responsible for managing the Marketing GTM Calendar
- Support the execution of project management needs directly tied to photo shoots – to include managing the necessary documents, procurement, logistics, inventory, distribution and delivery of product and needs in a timely fashion
- Support the build and oversee timeline of the catalog by being a liaison between marketing operations and global merchandising
- Place product orders for promotional and seeding needs - oversee process from start to finish to determine needs, embroidery, inventory gaps and tracking to ensure completion of delivery is executed in a timely manner
- Assist in the management and execution of deliverables for Company Gear events and activations necessary to deliver a true experience
- Project Manager for all creative jobs - creating/uploading job briefs into Infowit, manage job statuses, upload any supporting assets, track & ensure creative is received on due dates (D1/D2/final assets/etc.) and act as the liaison with Idea Ranch (compiling/sending feedback, answering questions, etc.).
- Fulfill internal and external content requests - searching/selecting content from the VAULT, DropBox, External Hard Drives, or by reaching out to Creative teams to fulfill requests for imagery, videos, fonts/logos, tech buttons, color swatches, etc.
- Execute & manage sales tools, specifically content banks - i.e.: video tracker, digital toolkits
- Manage external links to provide executed assets/content and uploading into shareable formats for our distributor partners
- Process all MDF claims, PO requests, and invoices via SAP and track on CCG budget documents
- Create sales tools such as Sell Sheets in partnership with global merch for new product and new partner or RFP needs
- Manage and support vendor specific needs, i.e.: GWP program, RFP elements, direct mail, etc.
