Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and AR function for the Company, including active maintenance of customer profiles in billing system and initiating reminders to past due accounts.
- Process incoming payments and perform daily bank reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.
- Process accounts payable by matching vendor invoices to purchase orders and code to correct general ledger account.
- Reconcile vendor invoices and draft payment remittance.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all accounts receivable and accounts payable systems and files, including monthly and annual reconciliation to Quickbooks Online.
- Make recommendations for continual process improvements and ensure that procedures are documented.
Qualifications
- Minimum ~1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping experience preferred. Candidate can be directly out of school if able to prove requisite aptitude for the position.
- QuickBooks Online experience preferred.
- Accounting undergraduate degree preferred.
- Has preferably operated in a leveraged / autonomous work environment.
