Riolo Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery is seeking a Medical Assistant with demonstrated clinical experience. Hands-on experience with Aesthetics is preferred. • Assist the Doctor to prep and provide excellent patient care.
• Scribe and maintain electronic medical record system information.
• Perform skincare procedures; assist with injectables.
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Schedule patients; maintain consultation rooms and clinical supply ordering.
• Maintain confidentiality to comply with Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) guidelines.

• Three (3) years’ experience as a Certified Medical Assistant. Plastic Surgery, Esthetician preferred.
• Associate’s Degree; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, coding procedures, and pharmacology is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Medical Records, and various computer systems.
• Excellent customer and patient services; interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task at a fast pace; to collaborate and work well with a Team.
