The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall dining service operations in the community in accordance with Greenfield policies and procedures.  These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: procurement, preparation, and service of food per the Greenfield designated menu program; financial management of the food, labor, and supplies budget, supervising and training of dining services team members; ensure safe food handling to prevent foodborne illness; sanitation of food service areas; accurate record keeping; inventory and rotation of products, regulatory compliance, and hands-on participation of meal service.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 4 years of experience as a Chef
• Experience managing budgets and P&L's
• Possesses current Food Services Sanitation Certificate
• Possesses knowledge of nutrition and therapeutic diets
• Possess the ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English
• Able to lead a team effectively
• Possesses good organizational and time management skills
• Possess good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Computer experience necessary
