What You Will Do

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team from various business areas (e.g. product management, product development, sales, marketing, finance, operations) to ensure on-time, on-budget execution of complex key company projects
• Implement stage gate review processes to lead projects from start to end
• Establish dashboards and scorecards for proper project monitoring
• Manage projects through cross-functional teams creating workstreams, voice-of-customer analyses, financial analyses, budgets and resource plans
• Provide clear, concise information and reports to program team members and management
• Impact business decision by influencing decision through advice and counsel
• Opportunity to build and lead a high-performance team of project management professionals

What You Definitely Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Life Sciences/Healthcare Technology
• Project Manager Professional (PMP)
• Meet PMI educational hours requirements to sit for either Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Exam
• One (1) year healthcare data and informatics solution delivery
• Three-Seven (3-7) years project / program management experience
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc.)

It Would Be Great If You Also Had

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Life Sciences/Healthcare Technology
• Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Worked in a life science or healthcare environment
