California Heart Medical Associates, a well-established cardiology office located in north Fresno, California, seeks applicants for an Office Manager vacancy.  This busy office has a team of professionals who provide exceptional care to patients.  If you enjoy a fast-paced office with a variety of responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you!

 

Essential Duties include (but are not limited to):
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the multi-physician medical practice.
  • Perform Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Medicare billing transactions.  
  • Track expenditures and operational costs; generate financial reports.
  • Set high standards for patient and customer service; perform scheduling and follow-up.
  • Provide support to the Medical Staff and perform other duties as assigned.

 

The desired candidate will possess these qualifications:
  • Three (3) years experience performing Bookkeeping and high-level Administrative Office duties.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in subspecialty management preferred.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare terminology. 
  • Strong advisory skills and strong staff leadership skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, ensure smooth business operations and cost-efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records systems, Microsoft Suite, and QuickBooks.
  • Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attributes of honesty and dependability.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
  • Customer service focus for internal and external customers.
