California Heart Medical Associates, a well-established cardiology office located in north Fresno, California, seeks applicants for an Office Manager vacancy. This busy office has a team of professionals who provide exceptional care to patients. If you enjoy a fast-paced office with a variety of responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you!
Essential Duties include (but are not limited to):- Manage the day-to-day operations of the multi-physician medical practice.
- Perform Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Medicare billing transactions.
- Track expenditures and operational costs; generate financial reports.
- Set high standards for patient and customer service; perform scheduling and follow-up.
- Provide support to the Medical Staff and perform other duties as assigned.
The desired candidate will possess these qualifications:- Three (3) years experience performing Bookkeeping and high-level Administrative Office duties.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in subspecialty management preferred.
- Knowledge of Healthcare terminology.
- Strong advisory skills and strong staff leadership skills.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, ensure smooth business operations and cost-efficiency.
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records systems, Microsoft Suite, and QuickBooks.
- Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attributes of honesty and dependability.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
- Customer service focus for internal and external customers.
