  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Preferably a candidate that has worked in a position with direct interaction, in-person or virtual, with various types of personnel, including management
  • Strong Analytical and Research skills
  • Able to review and recognize inefficient or cumbersome operations and/or business processes and work with existing teams to propose/implement solutions for streamlining
  • Strong Automation skills
  • Powershell scripting, PEGA, scripting products
  • Mainframe and DB2 experience
  • Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP experience
  • Remote Access management (e.g. RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix)
  • Experience with data reporting and metric products and tools (e.g. MS Power BI)
  • Experience in ServiceNow or similar request ticketing system
  • Ability to review existing workflows and develop streamlining
  • Experience working with IAM provisioning systems in an operational capacity.
  • Experience working on transitions to new applications and workflows in an operational capacity.
