Thompson is a leading provider of clinical and prevention services for children and families. The Charlotte, N.C. based, nationally accredited nonprofit agency changes the lives of at-risk children and families through early childhood services, family stability programs and mental health treatment.Intern Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the overall concept of the organization, including the mission, vision, core values, the community impact, and all other aspects of service.
- Rotate through our divisions of responsibility and provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
- Accept designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
- Engage with customers or clients and provide services where appropriate and in compliance with internship standards.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
Work hours will vary based on program and internship requirements. Schedules will be set by intern supervisor.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- In 3rd or 4th year of college graduate program
- Prior industry experience is preferred
