Job Summary 

 

The Manager, Practice Success at Elligo is a results-oriented, problem-solver who oversees managing & assisting with fostered business and administrative relationships with Elligo practice and health system partners.  

 

Responsibilities but not limited to: 

  • Coordinates with the Director, Practice on assigned portfolio, maintaining and building relationships with physicians and practice administrators to achieve.  

  • Collaborate and assist Operations Managers, Site Development Specialists, and practice-based study staff members. 

  • Strengthen Elligo’s position within practices by expanding our relationship across key personnel and decision makers. 

  • Work with the Director, Practice Success on development of practices-specific action plans to ensure key expectations are met and communicated. 

  • Coordinate growth and development of research programs within assigned practices by engaging new investigators and identifying additional therapeutic areas. 

  • Helps maintain strong long-term relationships with physicians and healthcare facility administrators in assigned practices.   

  • Reports progress on achievement of assigned objectives and forecasts using key account metrics. 

  • Coordinates communication between practices and internal teams 

  • Assist with development and provision of physician feedback and performance trend data to practice leadership. 

  • Ensures adherence to certain administrative duties, including timely completion of expense reports, detailed metric reporting and analysis, and business planning.  

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or equivalent field required. 

  • 3+ years successful management and supervisory experience required.   5+ years preferred. 

  • Track record of healthcare industry or research experience building successful relationships.  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience, comfort and successful interactions with physicians, nurses, other medical professionals, healthcare provider office administrators, and vendors providing services/technology to healthcare providers (e.g., EHR, RCM, PM, Labs, and Suppliers/Distributors). 

  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation abilities. 

  • Background successfully operating in regulated health care or research environments. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and database applications. 

 
Working Conditions: 

This job operates in a remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. 

 

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. 

 

Up to 50% travel with overnight stays required.
