Our direct client in Banking and Financial Services is seeking a Change Management Analyst:

-Review and approve change requests: Analyze change requests and make recommendations (approve/deny/modify) based upon conformity to policy, assessed risk, readiness, and completion of ticket data.
-Create and maintain meaningful reports: Prepare reports and presentations for executives, managers, and engineers.

Qualifications
-Sound judgment when assessing the risk and readiness of submitted changes.
-Broad IT background.
-Experience working in a collaborative team environment with fast-paced requests and shifting priorities.
-A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
-Ability to communicate written and verbally with consumers and stakeholders of the Change Management service.
-Experience in ITIL and Change Management processes.
-Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and reporting automation.
-Experience creating training materials.
-Experience creating internal team websites for training and information sharing.
