Your Role with the Company:

Your mission will be to provide administrative support to the President/owner as well as using LinkedIn to identify and source qualified candidates for positions. You’ll create prospective candidate lists for recruiters, proof candidate profiles for client submission, and ensure the open jobs data is updated and accurate.  You’ll run and analyze reports for the President, assist with staff communication, and help proof a wide range of external communication, including social media posts.  You’ll also run database reports, prepare meeting agenda’s, assist with note taking at meetings and managing special projects.  You will be the “right arm” and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Background Profile: 

·        Background with recruiting, research, and/or marketing administration helpful
·        Experience within a deadline-driven, fast paced environment
·        Strong MS Office skills (MS Office 365) and attention to detail
·        Exposure to database entry and client service
·        Proofreading, editing background helpful
