Podimetrics has since evolved to become a rapidly growing virtual care management company with advanced technology and patient-centered services.

Today, Podimetrics teams with and provides solutions to patients, payers, and providers that alleviate the health and financial implications of diabetic foot complications in high-risk populations. We are a mission-driven, financially responsible enterprise that enables patients to stand on their own feet and live more independent and fulfilling lives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven to solve problems and build effective solutions within a rapidly growing, unique organization. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the two funnels of our dual-sided commercial marketplace: enterprise-level sales leads and Veteran’s Affairs. You will live at the intersection of marketing and commercial sales, focused on customer acquisition and activation of health plans, providers, ACO, and Veteran Affairs. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to design and execute growth initiatives.

Key areas of expertise include digital acquisition strategy, analytics management, SEO optimization, and paid media strategy. You will create, optimize, and report on marketing campaigns across a multitude of channels including social, search, display, and others – including paid, earned, shared, and owned. You will be creating and testing acquisition strategies at a high velocity.

This role will be focused on building – first processes and tools, then strategies, then a high-performance team over time. To be successful in this role, you will need strong technical and analytical skills and a love for data, while also having the ability to effectively communicate strategy, key insights, and implications in a simple, approachable manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a creative & strategic mindset, and a highly collaborative work style. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is driven to solve complex problems with creativity and build strategies for the organization’s success.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Run ABM campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results.

  • Define and regularly monitor KPIs, success metrics, and other analytics to gauge acquisition and funnel management optimization.

  • Evaluate experimental results and push forward the next steps at a rigorous pace.

  • Actively monitor and respond to market changes.

  • Achieving growth across SEO, SEM, social, and other channels.

  • Identify SEO best practices and areas for improvement and drive those initiatives.

  • Use the Google suite of search tools and Google Analytics to analyze trends, identify opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, and ultimately conversion through on and off-page optimizations.

  • Work closely with VP, Marketing, and Commercial Sales on the creation of highly relevant content to power SEO customer growth.

  • Manage SEM strategy and execution to further drive acquisition.

  • Develop and execute scalable strategies to drive growth through paid social and display channels.

  • Measure multi-touch attribution across channels and use results to maximize customer growth vs. budget goals.

  • Conduct A/B testing marketing activities, including landing pages, creative, copy, and other variables.

  • Analyze the marketing funnel to size different growth opportunities, build tests to measure impact, and synthesize complex results into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Demonstrated professional experience managing and optimizing Paid Social, SEM, and other digital channels

  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics

  • Strong understanding of growth KPIs from the top to bottom of the funnel

  • Expertise in running data-driven SEO audits and familiarity with the necessary SEO tools and software

  • Ability to write basic SQL

  • Proven knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
